REFUND POLICY

1. EXCHANGES, RETURNS & REFUNDS
We are currently unable to process exchanges, returns or refunds. 
In the unlikely event of an error in your order received due to our mistake, all postage costs incurred will be borne by us.
All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. 
Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately within 3 working days upon receipt of order.
We are unable to entertain any requests after the stipulated timeframe.

2. FAULTY GOODS
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged.
Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

3. RECEIVING A REFUND
All refunds will be made directly via PayPal. We are unable to make refunds through any other methods.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on FLEA & TREES. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.
